Level 4 - Permanent Security Officer & Team Leader - NV1 Clearance An opportunity is available within the Security Operations to join Fields Group. We are looking for Government Cleared NV1 Security Officers to work with our Data Centre at Homebush.

Security Award Level 4 Pay Rates.

The hours of operations

Work days are across 7 Days Per Week rotating roster shifts are:

0700-1900 Day Shift

1900-0700 Night Shift The successful candidates will provide a high level of customer service and assist as required in providing resolution of issues. As the first point of contact with staff and visitors, you will be ensuring efficiency and effectiveness are maintained at a consistent level. You will be required to fill shifts across all time periods of the week when available.

To be considered for this position, you must have as a minimum;

- A current NSW Security Licence
- A current NV1 Clearance level (or higher) Government Security Clearance - Desirable but not mandatory
- Consideration may be given to staff that hold a Baseline clearance that has the ability to upgrade to NV1
- Proven experience in a similar role, Data Centres encompassing reception / concierge / security operations duties




- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- An ability to form effective client and employee relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels
- The ability to produce high quality reports
- Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft products)
- High Levels of Customer Service Skills
- Availability to work additional shifts as relief.
- A current smart mobile phone with credit and the ability to use App's

In addition to the above, you will have a capacity to act autonomously, a high level of attention to detail and sound analytical skills. These are essential attributes we seek in filling this role.
