This role provides high-level executive support and supervision of the administrative team to ensure smooth, productive office operations. This role combines advanced administrative duties with team leadership. /n /n Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a key part in supporting the Executive team, program teams, coordinating office functions, and maintaining effective day-to-day administration. /n /n Your Key Responsibilities /n /n /n
- Provide a professional, welcoming reception for visitors, partners, and stakeholders
/n
- Answer and manage phone and email enquiries courteously and promptly
/n
- Oversee daily activities of administrative assistants
/n
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange intricate travel itineraries for senior leadership
/n
- Train new administrative hires on internal office policies, communication protocols, and software systems
/n
- Support finance and HR functions of the business as directed
/n
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
/n
- Process invoices, bills and petty cash as directed
/n
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
/n
- Support data entry requirements with accuracy and timeliness
/n
- Assist scheduling and internal communication between staff
/n
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations
/n
- Oversight property maintenance issues and office fit outs liaising with team members when necessary
/n
- Other administrative duties as required

- Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
/n
- A paid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
