The Role
Manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, developing strategy, preparing evidence and drafting persuasive pleadings, submissions and correspondence.
Gain significant advocacy exposure through court, tribunal and commission appearances, mediations, settlement conferences and contested hearings.
Take responsibility for matters through to trial while working directly with sophisticated clients and mentoring and supervising junior practitioners.
About You
You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation,
employment disputes, construction litigation or a related contentious practice area.
You bring excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills, together with commercial judgment and the confidence to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy.
You are a strategic and client-focused litigator who enjoys advocacy, can manage urgent matters under pressure and is comfortable supporting the development of junior lawyers.
