The assignment

Mozaic have been engaged to assist in the early stages of a project (discovery, initiation) by bringing in specialist Senior Business Analysts to the team. The high level scope of work includes migration of legacy business across to modern platforms and products. The project will intersect with, and form one arm of a larger multi-year program of work, that is shaping the future of the industry.

The assignment scope will be wide ranging, and includes working very closely with the business (product owners), and will involve significant business process change. Strong process analysis and matrix business stakeholder engagement capabilities will be well regarded.

We have a preference for BA practitioners with 10+ years of experience, and ideally we are keen to speak with Senior Business Analysts or Lead Business Analysts.

Must have:

- 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the General Insurance sector.
- Knowledge of Compulsory Third Party (CTP) or Workers Compensation (WC) insurance would be particularly advantageous.
- Experience in transitioning legacy business to modern platforms and products would also be desirable.
- Sound understanding of all facets of Insurance industry value chain.
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to run cross-functional workshops with the business

We are looking for A-grade practitioners, so beyond this, you will be able to cite first class references for the quality of your current and previous work.

Assignment details

- Initial 6 month contracts, with likely longer engagement
- Attractive daily rates (assuming you're very good!)
