We're currently seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst to join a CRM transformation project on an initial 4-month contract.

This role will suit a BA who thrives in stakeholder-facing environments and can confidently bridge the gap between business users and technical delivery teams. You'll play a key role in understanding business processes, documenting requirements, developing process maps and ensuring business needs are translated into practical CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and requirements
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions across multiple business functions
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Develop process maps, workflows and future-state designs
- Work closely with project, technical and solution delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Support solution design, process improvement and implementation activities
- Assist with testing, UAT and change readiness initiatives

About You




- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within technology or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to act as the interface between business and technical teams
- Experience developing process maps, workflows and business process documentation
- Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working within CRM projects
- Exposure to Salesforce is highly desirable
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced project setting
