NeonNow | Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 remote) | Sydney-based n

We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who takes pride in quality, thrives on finding edge cases, and enjoys making sure our contact centre platform works exactly as intended — while helping others understand what’s changing. This is a hands-on role with added leadership: you’ll own testing for major features, influence scope and acceptance criteria, and champion quality across the team.

What you’ll do: n

- Lead QA efforts for major features, from planning through to release
n
- Create and execute clear test cases, test plans, and exploratory testing
n
- Surface risks early and influence requirements, sequencing, and acceptance criteria
n
- Log detailed, reproducible bugs and drive them through to resolution
n
- Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring release readiness is well communicated
n
- Collaborate with developers, product, and design throughout the lifecycle
n
- Contribute to both customer-facing and internal documentation
n
- Champion improvements in QA processes, tooling, and practices across the team
n

What you’ll bring: nn
- At least 4 years of QA or software testing experience, ideally in agile teams
n
- Robust knowledge of manual testing,



exploratory testing, and QA best practices
n
- Experience with issue tracking and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
n
- Technical understanding of web applications, APIs, HTTP requests/responses, and status codes
n
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
n
- Organised, methodical, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
n
- Strong collaboration skills — able to influence and work cross-functionally
n

Nice to have: nn
- Experience testing complex SaaS/web apps, distributed systems, or cloud platforms
n
- Familiarity with contact centre tech (Amazon Connect, CX platforms, telcos)
n
- Hands-on use of tools like Postman, Fiddler, or similar
n
- Contributions to internal help guides or support content
n
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or AWS
n
