Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
n
- Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
n
- Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
n
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
n
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
n
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales
n

Who are you?

n

n
- Proven experience working in a customer service workplace and working towards sales targets
n
- Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
n
- GDS experience
n
- Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
n
- Ambitious, highly motivated,



and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
n
