Senior Gardener – Lead Your Own Crew | Full-Time ($80,000 plus super + company van)

Who we are Green Edge looks after premium residential gardens across Melbourne's inner south-east and Bayside. We've grown fast since launching in July 2025. Our clients pay for quality, and they notice when they get it.

The Job

This is a senior role, and you'll lead your own two-person crew. You'll set the standard on every site, and your offsider will learn it from you. As we build a multi-team business across Melbourne, the people who step up here will lead teams. That's a real pathway, not a line in an ad.

We back you in

- Your schedule is built for you and clustered by suburb, so you spend the day gardening, not sitting in traffic
- Company van, equipment and uniforms are provided
- You start on site at 7:30, with no depot runs
- You'll get honest support from a founder who wants to see you succeed





And we'll hold you to it We're not here to micromanage you, and we're not here to leave you alone either. You'll have clear standards, you'll own your crew's results, and we'll tell you straight how you're tracking. If you want to get the best out of yourself, this is the environment for it.

You'll suit this job if you

- Have solid, proven experience in garden maintenance
- Lead by example with your pace, your finish and your attitude
- Take pride in leaving every garden better than you found it
- Are reliable and punctual every single day
- Hold a current driver's licence
