The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support our Head of Marketing & Performance, and the wider business. You’ll be trusted to take concepts and briefs and run with them across web, packaging, social and paid advertising, with far less hand-holding than a junior or mid-level position.

This is a part-time contract role initially, with hours flexing depending on the volume of work required. It's fully remote, open to designers based anywhere in Australia.

You’ll work alongside our junior designer as part of a small creative team - providing direction and a second set of eyes on their work where useful, while Jess sets overall creative and brand direction. The focus of this role sits above day-to-day BAU execution: packaging amendments and new packaging concepts, web design, social, and paid advertising statics, plus whatever else the business needs from a senior design hand.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Roll Out

- Create assets that are cohesive across campaigns (including packaging, PR kits, email and social graphics)

Packaging & Print

- Packaging amendments - copy updates, dimension tweaks, and label changes

- Developing concepts for new packaging ranges





- Exporting print-ready files to spec

- Iterating on packaging instruction layouts

Web

- Landing pages, PDP layouts, and banner design

- Uploading images and icons to Shopify

- Dropping approved copy into product detail pages (PDPs)

- PDP image updates and banner swaps

Social & Paid Advertising

- Producing static ad variants for Facebook and Instagram once the concept is defined

- Designing paid advertising statics for performance and prospecting campaigns

- Transferring Figma social designs into Canva

- Building IG carousel designs once copy is finalised

- Working with Canva social templates - swapping copy and images for promotions

Email Design

- BAU email design — dropping copy into templates and scheduling sends

- Designing static email variations once copy and concept are set

- Creating FB community email and code graphics in Canva

- Exporting and updating email templates with new shipping info, thresholds, and other updates

Design Admin

- Exporting assets from Figma and setting them up in Canva

- Maintaining organised folder and file structure

- Rolling out design changes across multiple pages once direction is set

Who You'll Be Working With

You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing & Performance, who will set creative direction and support your onboarding into Voomie's tools and brand world. You'll also work alongside our junior designer as part of the creative team,



and collaborate with our marketing and operations teams.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You…

- Have experience in e-commerce and/or agency settings - strong e-commerce experience preferred

- Have solid, senior-level graphic design experience and can work with minimal creative direction

- Willing to take on feedback well and iterate quickly

- Are confident and quick in Figma, Adobe Suite and Canva - these are your daily tools

- Have a strong eye for detail and can maintain brand consistency across assets

- Are comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines with minimal hand-holding

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly

- Communicate clearly and proactively

- Have experience developing packaging concepts, not just amending existing artwork
