Excelsia University College is seeking a committed Christian with a strong background in Education to join as a Senior Lecturer.

Working within a collaborative academic team, you will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, research and student engagement across the School.

You will play an key role in supporting high-quality program delivery, continuous improvement initiatives, and the overall student experience.

This is a broad and rewarding role requiring a balance of academic capability, student-focused teaching,



and engagement with contemporary educational practice and the wider education sector.

You will hold a PhD in Education or a related discipline and bring demonstrated experience in teaching and research within higher education. Experience contributing to curriculum design, academic administration, accreditation processes, or mentoring staff and students will be highly regarded.
