Due to expansion, KLN Cold Chain Australia are seeking to fill the role of Senior Logistics Manager. The Senior Logistics Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all warehouse operations across the Company's national network, including ambient, temperature-controlled and cold storage facilities.

The role ensures safe, efficient, compliant and cost-effective warehouse operations while maintaining high levels of customer service, inventory accuracy and operational performance.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Logistics Manager will provide leadership across multiple warehouse locations, develop and implement national standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimise warehouse capacity and labour utilisation, and support business growth through scalable warehousing solutions.

The position will play a critical role in ensuring consistent operational performance, cold chain integrity,



inventory governance and customer satisfaction across all warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee warehouse operations across all Australian facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent service delivery across the national network.
- Develop and implement nationally standardised warehouse procedures, systems and performance standards to drive operational excellence and compliance.
- Drive labour productivity, operational efficiency and capacity utilisation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead and develop Site Warehouse Managers nationally, building a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability and customer service.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock integrity across all locations through robust inventory management, stock control and Warehouse Management System (WMS) governance.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, cold chain, WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements across all warehouse operations.
- Support customer growth, new business implementations and warehouse expansion projects while ensuring service levels and operational readiness are achieved.

What we're looking for

We're seeking an experienced and commercially astute logistics leader with a proven track record managing large, multi-site warehouse operations within a fast-paced supply chain environment. You will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence,



build high-performing teams and support business growth across a national warehouse network.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Extensive experience leading multi-site warehousing, distribution or logistics operations on a national scale.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance, productivity, service levels and cost efficiency.
- Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience implementing standardised operating procedures, performance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control and operational reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of HACCP, food safety, cold chain management, WHS and operational compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes, operational efficiency and profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage customers, suppliers and internal leadership teams.
- Experience within cold storage, food logistics, FMCG, transport, warehousing or third-party logistics (3PL) environments will be highly regarded.
