About the position

Looking for a hands-on Senior Management Accountant role where you can truly make an impact? This is your chance to bring your expertise to a rapidly expanding, international business and drive financial excellence directly alongside our CFO.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take full ownership of our financial integrity and business insights. This is a highly visible and hands on position where you will manage end-to-end financial operations and ensure our systems and policies are optimized for ongoing global growth.

What you’ll do

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financials, management reports, and clear variance commentary for departmental review.

Global Entity Management: Oversee financial information for our AU,



NZ, and USA entities. Ensuring the accuracy of inter-company dealings.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing budget and forecasts for the business.

System & Policy Ownership: Ensure the absolute integrity of our financial systems, developing and managing policies that are fit for business.

Core Operations: Manage receivables, payables, aged debtors, and oversee the payroll function.

What you Bring

- A CA or CPA qualification with proven experience in financial controls and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience working with group companies and managing multi-currency transactions.
- Advanced MS Office skills and hands-on experience working with an ERP (SAP B1 is preferred).
- Robust analytical and report-writing skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and make sound financial decisions.
- You are a motivated, driven professional, but also a genuine team player who values loyalty, staff longevity, and a collaborative workplace.
