Joining IOR as our Senior Marketing Manager means stepping into a leadership role where you'll help shape how our brand, customer experience and commercial growth come to life. You'll work across every part of the business, partnering with leaders from all departments to turn business priorities into engaging customer experiences, impactful campaigns and measurable growth. About the role

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, Customer Experience & Digital Product, you'll lead our marketing team and oversee a diverse portfolio spanning brand, campaigns, events, digital marketing, CRM, customer communications and sales enablement. This role offers the autonomy to adapt priorities, make decisions and maintain momentum across an established and high-performing marketing function.

You'll

- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of IOR's marketing strategy, ensuring activity aligns to business priorities, customer needs and growth objectives.
- Guide and protect the IOR brand through high-quality content, creative assets, customer communications and marketing collateral.
- Drive digital marketing performance across website optimisation, SEO, lead generation, paid and organic campaigns, and customer-facing digital channels.
- Oversee CRM, customer journey and marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot, improving customer engagement and lifecycle communications.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns,



promotions and industry events that strengthen customer relationships and support commercial growth.
- Partner closely with Sales and business leaders to develop proposals, tenders, presentations and customer-focused marketing materials that drive new business opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance, customer insights and market trends to inform decision-making and continuously improve outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted marketing adviser and collaborator.
- Lead, coach and support the marketing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, agencies and platforms to maximise value and ensure marketing resources are used effectively.

You'll bring

- Demonstrated experience in a senior B2B marketing leadership role, delivering successful strategies, campaigns and commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing and supporting high-performing teams.
- Expertise across digital marketing, CRM platforms, marketing automation and customer communications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages and content.
- Proven ability to build solid stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience partnering with Sales teams to support customer acquisition, retention and business growth.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability, supported by a commercially focused mindset.
- Hands-on experience creating high-quality presentations, proposals, tender documents and marketing collateral using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
