- Occupational Therapist Level 3: $61.31 - 63.29 per hour
- Senior Psychologist : $65.02 - $70.46 per hour
- Social Worker Level 3: $61.31 - 63.29 per hour
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Achieve Something Great The Out of Home Care / Whole Family Team is a district-wide Tier 4 specialist mental health service providing trauma informed, evidence based interventions for children and young people in out of home care, and families experiencing significant child protection concerns. Based in Ingleburn, this role offers a mix of outreach, in reach and clinic-based work with vulnerable families where mental health, trauma and drug health issues are present.
As a Senior Mental Health Professional (Drug Health Focus), you will deliver high level clinical care, contribute specialist expertise to a multidisciplinary team, and provide consultation to key partners such as DCJ and community agencies. You will also have opportunities to participate in research, quality improvement and ongoing professional development while contributing to better outcomes for children and families across the district.
Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate is a skilled and compassionate senior clinician with strong experience in mental health and drug health, particularly in complex family and child protection settings. You bring a solid understanding of trauma, attachment theory and dual diagnosis interventions, and you are confident in delivering specialist assessments, case formulation and therapeutic interventions across the lifespan.
You are collaborative, adaptable and capable of providing clinical leadership, supervision and guidance to less experienced staff and students. Your practice is grounded in ethical, evidence based care,
and you are comfortable navigating legal frameworks such as the NSW Mental Health Act. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments and are committed to supporting vulnerable families with professionalism, empathy and cultural sensitivity.

- Outline your experience in providing clinical leadership or supervision. How do you support team members to deliver high quality, evidence based care?
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
