About The Role

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operation, ensuring service delivery, presentation standards, productivity targets, and guest expectations are consistently achieved.

This is a highly operational role requiring a visible and engaged leader who is comfortable working closely with onsite teams and addressing challenges as they arise.

Key responsibilities include





- Leading daily housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel environment

- Driving service excellence and maintaining 5-star presentation standards

- Managing team performance, productivity, quality, and compliance

- Conducting regular room inspections and quality audits

- Building solid relationships with hotel stakeholders and operational teams

- Managing workforce planning and daily operational requirements

- Coaching, mentoring, and developing supervisors and frontline staff

- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery

- Ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are consistently met

- Maintaining a strong presence on the floor and supporting teams during peak periods

About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring significant experience leading housekeeping operations within premium hotel environments.

Essential Experience:

- Extensive hotel housekeeping leadership experience

- Previous experience within a 5-star hotel environment

- Experience managing high-volume housekeeping operations

- Proven ability to manage productivity, quality, and service standards

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work within a fast-paced operational environment

- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded:

- Multi-site or large hotel housekeeping management experience

- Experience working with outsourced hospitality services providers

- Experience leading large housekeeping teams across multiple shifts

- Strong understanding of workforce planning and labour management
