/n Australian statutory authority client based in Canberra is seeking Sr Platform Software Engineers have experience overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. They will be responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by their team.

Key duties and responsibilities/n Applicants should understand the organisation's business and our mission. /n The IT Project teams are small resource groups working closely with business teams, so ability to perform cohesively in this space is key. /n /n Estimated start date 05 Oct 2026 /n Initial contract duration 12 months /n Number of extensions 2 /n Experience level Senior- EL1 equivalent /n Location of work ACT /n Working arrangement Hybrid /n Security clearance Must be an Australian citizen with an active Security Clearance /n /n Criteria: The client has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. /n

Requirements/n

/nEssential criteria/n /n

- Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.

/n





- Robust front-end development skills using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, with experience in modern frameworks such as Vue.js.

/n

- Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.

/n

- Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.

/n

- Experience working with established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, including Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.

/n /n /n Desirable Criteria: /n /n

- Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.

/n

- Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will be highly regarded.
