18th September, 2026/n Senior Project Manager Contract Length: 6 month renewable Location: Sydney or Melbourne /n We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the transition from build to run, managing the handover of technology operations from the incumbent build partner to the incoming operate partner. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Own and manage the transition of IT Service and IT Operations including code repository handover and process transfer /n
- Design, schedule, and run structured knowledge-transfer sessions between outgoing and incoming delivery partners /n
- Define and scope the transition workplan where documentation or handover artifacts are incomplete or non-existent /n
- Engage with stakeholders to capture lessons learned in previous migrations /n
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across onshore and offshore teams, and across incumbent/incoming vendors /n
- Support the delivery team's shift toward quarterly (QTR) release cycles /n




- Manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches as required by the workstream /n
- Track and report on transition progress using Jira and Confluence /n
- Proactively challenge existing ways of working /n About You /n

- Proven Senior PM experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology transformation, ideally with exposure to system migrations, vendor transitions, or build-to-run handovers /n
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery (incumbent-to-incoming transitions) is highly desirable /n
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills — able to build trust quickly with onshore and offshore teams and multiple vendors /n
- Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter, comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited handover documentation /n
- Confident challenging established practices and driving process improvement in a less mature delivery setting /n /n /n
