Job Description

Public Sector People is sourcing a Senior Solicitor for a contract chance to deliver expert legal advice across local government matters in NSW. You will work with senior leaders, manage complex litigation, and help mitigate legal risk while supporting organisational objectives.

You will advise on governance, compliance and legislative obligations, represent Council in courts and tribunals, and draft/ negotiate key contracts and documentation with autonomy and stakeholder collaboration.
