Lead a high-performing manufacturing site.

n

I am currently partnering with a well-established Western Australian food manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their South West facility.

n

This is a hands-on leadership chance for someone who can bring together people, production, safety and operational performance while driving continuous improvement across the site.

The Role: n

n
- Lead and develop site teams across production, maintenance and operational functions
n
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement
n
- Oversee daily production and operational performance
n
- Manage labour, resources and site costs effectively
n
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and overall site performance
n

About You: n





I am looking for an experienced operational leader who has ideally worked within food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG or a similar production environment.

- Previous experience in a Site Manager, Site Lead, Operations Manager or similar leadership role
n
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience managing production and operational KPIs
n
- A strong understanding of WHS, quality and compliance
n
- A hands-on, commercially minded approach to operations
n
- The ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement
n
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
