We are looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor with 3–5 years PAE to join our team and play an important role in the continued growth of our Property and Commercial practice.

The Opportunity n

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career, work closely with clients, and have genuine responsibility over their matters.

n

You will work across a broad range of property and commercial matters, acting for individuals, businesses, investors and superannuation funds.

n

Your role will include:

n

- Advising clients on a range of commercial and property transactions
n
- Commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals
n
- Leasing and related property matters
n
- Commercial contracts and agreements
n
- Property development and related transactions
n
- Business sales and acquisitions
n
- General commercial advisory work
n
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
n
- Managing your own files and client relationships
n
- Working closely with senior members of the firm on more complex matters
n

About You n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has 3–5 years PAE
n




- Has solid experience inproperty and commercial law
n
- Is confident managing matters with appropriate autonomy
n
- Has strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
n
- Takes a practical and commercially focused approach to legal advice
n
- Is client-focused and understands the importance of building strong relationships
n
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
n
- Is keen to continue developing professionally and contribute to a growing practice
n

n

Experience in property , commercial transactions, leasing and general conveyancing will be highly regarded.
