Property Advisory | Perth, Melbourne or Sydney

Bridge42 is looking for a Senior Property Advisor to join our national team.

You'll work on large-scale and high-profile residential, mixed-use, commercial, hotel, healthcare, education and aged care developments, helping clients solve complex challenges, assess opportunities and make confident investment and development decisions.

The Role

You'll provide strategic property and development advice across a broad range of projects, including:

- Advanced development feasibility modelling, financial analysis and commercial investment assessment
- Business cases, property portfolio strategies and strategic development advice
- Project viability, risk and scenario testing
- Market, property and investment analysis
- Client presentations and strategic advice
- Business Development including new opportunities and proposal preparation

About You





You're commercially minded, analytically strong and enjoy getting to the heart of significant property challenges.

You may come from property development, development advisory, property investment, corporate finance, investment banking, funds management or a related field.

Most importantly, you'll bring:

- Advanced financial modelling and development feasibility skills, including the ability to create bespoke financial models.
- Strong commercial and investment acumen.
- Experience assessing major development and investment opportunities.
- The ability to translate detailed analysis into clear, practical advice.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction and property development.

Relevant qualifications in Property, Engineering, Architecture, Property Economics, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
