To support our rapid scale, we’re seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our high-performing technology team and take ownership of our test automation strategy, frameworks and quality practices across our technology platforms.
What You’ll Do
As our Senior QA Automation Engineer, you’ll:
- Own and maintain the overall test automation strategy and frameworks
- Lead automated regression, API, integration and end-to-end testing
- Perform exploratory and manual testing where required
- Work closely with Developers and Technical Leads to embed quality earlier in the software development lifecycle
- Establish testing standards and quality gates across software releases
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and continually improve automation coverage
- Lead defect identification, investigation and root-cause analysis
- Monitor testing outcomes and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across testing tools, processes and practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentor QA engineers
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Senior QA Automation,
QA Lead or QA management role
- Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- Experience across web, mobile, API and integration testing
- Strong knowledge of regression, integration and end-to-end testing
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile software development environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases and modern software development practices
- Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on software quality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
