We provide the systems, marketing, administration and technology to support you, giving you more time to focus on what you do best: building relationships, winning listings and selling property.

About the Role

As a Residential Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, conducting property appraisals, securing listings and managing strong client relationships. You’ll manage your sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement, supported by our in-house marketing and administration team to help you deliver a professional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct residential property appraisals
- Secure and manage quality property listings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Attend home opens, client meetings and networking opportunities
- Work closely with our in-house marketing team to deliver premium property campaigns
- Represent SHERLOCK Homes Group with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is driven, professional and confident in building relationships and generating recent business.

You’ll ideally have

- Previous experience as a Residential Sales Representative
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and win listings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach
- Current WA Real Estate Sales Representative Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence




- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
