The Role

You'll be delivering implementation and optimisation services specialising in Zero Trust network security and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions, working across leading security platforms to help clients build and mature their security posture. This is a client-facing role where you'll interact directly with clients both remotely and on-site, ensuring their SASE environments are seamlessly integrated and effectively utilised. You'll work closely with our experienced and supportive engineering team as well as our presales colleagues who scope the engagements.

We have a preference for this role to be based in Sydney but we are open to Melbourne and Birsbane based candidates.

This role is initally a 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent.

What You'll Do

- You'll deploy, configure, and optimise SASE and Zero Trust solutions for clients, ensuring their security architecture is built to meet real-world demands across areas including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM).
- Working directly with clients both remotely and on-site, you'll ensure their security platforms are seamlessly integrated and effectively utilised within their unique business environments.
- You'll be responsible for onboarding clients onto their security solutions,



configuring platforms to meet their specific requirements, and training their teams to use these tools effectively.
- Collaborating closely with our experienced engineering team and presales colleagues, you'll translate scoped engagements into practical, working solutions that deliver meaningful security outcomes.
- Using a consultative approach, you'll serve as a trusted adviser to clients, guiding them through complex technical implementations and integrating their SASE platforms with existing third-party systems and their broader security ecosystem.
- You'll proactively identify client needs, solve problems as they arise, and provide clear explanations to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Need

- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and optimising SASE and Zero Trust solutions across one or more leading vendors is essential for this role, with practical experience across platforms such as Zscaler, Netskope, or similar being highly regarded.
- Practical knowledge of integrating SASE platforms with third-party systems and experience training clients to use these solutions effectively will set you up for success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs are a must.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as you'll be working directly with clients to guide them through technical implementations, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- A consultative mindset and a 'get things done' attitude will help you thrive in this role.
- Relevant industry certifications across SASE or broader cybersecurity domains are preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with complementary cybersecurity technologies such as Okta, CrowdStrike, Netskope, Splunk, or Mimecast would be a great addition, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with advancements in the field.
