We’re growing our team at Los Pastel and looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist who brings great energy, loves what they do and genuinely wants to be part of something exciting.

Located on Hay Street in the heart of Subiaco, Los Pastel has built a strong brand around creating beautiful, premium blonde and colour results for our clients.

And we do it from a seriously cool salon.

Our beautiful fit out, established clientele and supportive team environment give our stylists a space where they can do incredible work, continue developing their craft and actually enjoy coming to work.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is positive, bubbly and passionate about hair.

You’ll be confident in your craft, but equally open to learning. The hair industry never stands still and neither do we. We want stylists who are excited about keeping up with the latest techniques, trends, products and education.

You’ll also have an in built drive to achieve.

We have clear salon KPIs and commission structures, so we’re looking for someone who is motivated to achieve their individual goals while contributing to the success of the wider team.

You’ll be someone who

- Is an experienced and qualified Senior Hair Stylist
- Loves blondes, colour and beautiful transformations
- Creates an amazing client experience from consultation to finish
- Has a positive, bubbly and professional personality
- Takes pride in their work and personal presentation
- Is motivated by goals and achieving KPIs
- Understands the importance of rebooking, retail and client retention
- Is open to feedback, education and learning new techniques
- Wants to be part of a supportive, ambitious team
- Genuinely loves the hair industry and wants to keep growing
