The Chance Join a growing ASX-listed healthcare business in a newly evolving treasury role, taking ownership of the core treasury function while helping to strengthen and develop how cash is managed across the group. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be part of an established sizable finance team and work across banking relationships, cash management, payment processes, banking facilities, debt and loan administration. The business has grown significantly, creating greater scale and complexity across its multi-site operations and providing genuine scope to improve treasury processes, cash flow forecasting, working capital management and cash pooling.

The Challenge

This is a role for someone who does not simply want to maintain the status quo. You will be expected to understand how the business operates, identify opportunities to improve and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen the treasury function.

Key areas will include

- Manage banking relationships, facilities, payments and day-to-day cash management.
- Oversee debt, loan administration and related treasury activities.
- Develop cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash pooling and cash utilisation across the group.
- Review and improve treasury processes, controls and systems.




- Work closely with the broader finance team and senior stakeholders as the business continues to grow.

The Expertise You will be a commercially minded Treasury professional who enjoys ownership and continuous improvement. Ideally, you will bring:

- Strong treasury experience across cash management, banking, payments and facilities.
- Experience with debt, loans and banking relationships.
- Strong analytical capability with an interest in cash flow and working capital.
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to improve processes and ways of working.
- The confidence to work autonomously while partnering with a broader finance team.
- An accounting qualification or relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
