We're looking for a SEO Specialist to take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, driving strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content and the evolving world of AI search.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- ? $90K Super
- ? Gold Coast | Office-based (some flexibility)
- 2–3 years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side
- Proven experience improving rankings and retaining clients
- Strong technical and strategic SEO knowledge
- Excellent client communication skills
- Confidence owning accounts with minimal oversight
- GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Agency Analytics, WordPress and Shopify
THE ROLE
- Own SEO strategy and direction across a portfolio of key accounts
- Lead client communication, reporting meetings and account health
- Build detailed SEO strategies
- Lead competitor analysis, keyword research and content briefs
- Work closely with technical SEO specialists to drive implementation
- Optimise performance using GA4, GSC and campaign data
- Own advanced on-page SEO, schema and internal linking
- Mentor junior and mid-level SEO specialists
- Help develop the agency's AI SEO / GEO offering
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency, output and client results
