Job Description

Life Without Barriers in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Practitioner to support children in family-based care arrangements. You will collaborate with foster carers, children, families, and government agencies to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring safety and wellbeing in line with standards.

The role is a Full time, Maximum Term contract ending 1 January 2027, with flexible hours including work from home options.
