Job Description

n

Our client is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to provide immediate support during a key remuneration cycle. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, supporting remuneration activities across a complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Support the upcoming remuneration and salary review cycle
n
- Provide remuneration support across all HEW classification levels
n
- Work across relevant awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
n
- Support remuneration analysis, benchmarking and salary-related activities
n
- Provide accurate remuneration advice and support to stakeholders
n
- Partner with People & Culture and broader business stakeholders
n

Key Requirements nn
- Experience as a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist,



Remuneration Analyst or Reward Specialist
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting remuneration and salary review cycles
n
- Strong understanding of awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
n
- Solid analytical and Excel capability
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Higher education experience highly regarded
n
- Exposure to HEW classifications and salary structures highly regarded
n
- Immediate start with an initial 4-6 week assignment
n
- Potential for a longer fixed-term contract
n
- Join a large, complex organisation during a key remuneration cycle
n
