Job Description

IFYS is seeking a Youth Development Worker for the The Old Church Youth Accommodation program in Nambour. The role supports young people aged 16–25 with safe housing, education and employment outcomes to help them transition to independent living.

The position is permanent part-time, with a 51-hour fortnight roster, offering $80,000 per annum pro rata plus super and various salary packaging and training perks.
