Sinclair Wilson is seeking experienced and forward-thinking Senior Managing Accountants to join our team in Warrnambool and Colac!

Key Attributes n

n
- 10+ years' experience with advanced technical capability across accounting, Australian Tax, business advisory, and compliance.
n
- Strong understanding and expertise of accounting standards, tax legislation, and complex reporting requirements.
n
- Ability to manage a client portfolio independently with excellent time-management skills.
n
- Demonstrated strength in advisory services, including interpreting financial information and providing strategic insights to clients.
n
- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, particularly in complex or ambiguous scenarios.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to build trusted and enduring client relationships.

- Able to inspire others with your leadership, motivating the team and championing community involvement.

- Ability to mentor and support junior team members effectively.

- Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused, with a commitment to quality work.
