You will oversee workshop operations, coordinate service jobs, support technicians, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workshop workflow and scheduling
- Lead a team of marine technicians
- Quote and manage service jobs
- Communicate with customers on repairs and timelines
- Coordinate parts and ensure efficient turnaround
About you
- Marine industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of outboard engines (Mercury experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Customer service focused
