About the Role

Mountain Trail RV is looking for a practical and reliable Service Technician to join our Service Department in Albury. This is a hands-on role focused on the repair, stripping and rebuilding of caravans, with a particular focus on insurance repair work. You will work alongside our service team to assess and complete a variety of caravan repairs while maintaining Mountain Trail RV's high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.

The role would suit a skilled labourer, tradesperson or experienced caravan repairer who enjoys hands-on work, has strong problem-solving skills and takes pride in producing a quality finished product.

Key Responsibilities

- Strip down and rebuild caravans as part of service and insurance repair work.
- Complete caravan repairs, replacements and rectification work to a high standard.
- Remove and reinstall caravan components, fixtures, fittings and composite fiberglass panels as required.
- Identify repair requirements and work through practical solutions to complete each job.
- Work closely within the Service Department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and safe.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company standards.
- Assist with other service and repair work as required.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a skilled labourer, tradesperson, repair technician or in a similar hands-on role.
- Experience in caravan, automotive, body repair,



manufacturing or a related industry would be highly regarded.
- Strong practical and mechanical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions.
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A reliable and committed approach to work.
- A professional attitude and presentation.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
