/n Experience: /n 5+ years experience in Service Catalog development/administration/implementation/ /n configuration using the ServiceNow ITSM solution /n Responsibilities: /n Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool /n a platform for design and catalog development /n Understands the differences between the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow /n platform and apply experience to complete the analysis /n Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the /n ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users. /n Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and /n troubleshoot issues /n Consults with Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now /n Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the /n project manager /n Advises on options,



risks,s and impacts on business/ITIL processes /n Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical /n audiences /n Primary Skills: /n Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS /n Working knowledge of ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Client Scripting, UI /n Policies, ACLs, CSS, Properties, UI pages, Workflows, Contexts, etc; /n Solid customer service and excellent verbal/written communication /n ITIL/ServiceNow certified /n Desired Skills: /n Hands-on Integrations experience with third-party tools/applications with ServiceNow using /n plugins & custom integrations /n MID Server configurations for Integrations & data pull /n Discovery, Asset Management, CMDB knowledge &
