/n • Configure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request/n

/n • Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies/n

/n • Support integrations using REST APIs where required/n
/n
/n
/n • Perform unit testing and support system testing activities/n
/n
/n
/n • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues/n

/n
/n • Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes/n
/n
/n
/n • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams/n

/n • Ensure solutions comply with Government security and governance standards/n

/n Required Skills & Experience/n

/n • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/n

/n
/n • Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting/n
/n
/n
/n • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio/n

/n • Experience working in ITSM environments/n
/n
/n
/n • Understanding of ITIL processes/n

/n • Valuable communication and documentation skills/n

/n Desirable Skills/n

/n • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)/n

/n • Experience working on Government or large enterprise projects/n
