? We’re Hiring: Sessional Lecturers – Adelaide City

Nova Higher Education (NHE) is seeking experienced and passionate Sessional Lecturers to join our academic team in Adelaide City , supporting the delivery of our Bachelor of Culinary Arts Business Management (BCABM) .

We are inviting applications from academics and industry professionals with expertise to teach one or more of the following units:

? Units available

- BUS101 – Academic Skills
- MGT101 – Safety and Security for Culinary Management
- BUS203 – Food Services Marketing
- BUS204 – Hospitality Business Law
- CUL102 – Culinary Principles and Techniques II

About the Role As a Sessional Lecturer, you will contribute to engaging, industry-relevant learning through class delivery, student support, assessment, marking and constructive feedback.

We are looking for lecturers who can bring together academic knowledge, contemporary industry practice and a strong commitment to student success .

About You

Ideally, you will have:

- A relevant postgraduate qualification and/or appropriate skilled equivalence
- Demonstrated expertise relevant to the unit(s)



you wish to teach
- Higher education teaching and assessment experience
- Current industry knowledge and professional experience
- Strong communication and student-engagement skills
- An understanding of academic integrity and Australian higher education expectations
- Experience working with international and culturally diverse students will be highly regarded

For CUL102 , applicants should have appropriate culinary qualifications together with substantial contemporary culinary industry experience. ? Location: Adelaide City, South Australia
