- /n Assisting the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability /n
- /n Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets /n
- /n Ensuring Company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/ or cost to accidents /n
- /n Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region /n
- /n Exceed and surpass customer service expectations /n
- /n Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial,



operational station and fleet performance measures /n /n To be considered, you will possess: /n /n
- /n Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position /n
- /n Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience /n
- /n Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets /n
- /n Experience working with KPIs /n
- /n Clear and confident communication skills /n
- /n Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster /n
- /n Full drivers licence /n
