Electricians | Coal Mine Shutdown | 8:6 Roster CE Group is seeking experienced Electricians for an upcoming coal mine shutdown, delivering a substation MCC upgrade and coal stacker upgrade. This short-term chance includes approximately one week of inductions followed by a 4 to 6 weeks of shutdown activities, working within a crew of approximately eight electrical personnel.

About the role You will work as part of an experienced electrical crew completing upgrade works across the mine’s substation MCC and coal stacker. Pre-work and mobilisation activities will include off-site training, SOP reviews, medicals,
online training, confined space training and site authorisations, as required.
About You
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Previous electrical experience in mining or heavy industrial environments
- Experience with MCC upgrades, substations or coal handling equipment
- Previous coal mine shutdown experience and relevant site authorisations will be highly regarded
