Multiple Site Supervisor / Foreman Opportunities – High-Rise Residential

We are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors / Foremen to join one of Sydney’s largest and most respected Developer Builders. This Australian-owned organisation has delivered thousands of apartments across Sydney and has played a significant role in shaping the city’s skyline. With a strong pipeline of major projects, multiple opportunities are available across high-rise residential developments throughout Sydney.

The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor / Foreman, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of key stages and construction packages across large-scale Class 2 residential apartment developments. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project delivery team, you will be responsible for driving programme, subcontractor performance, quality, safety and site coordination across complex high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of major construction stages, zones and trade packages from commencement through to completion.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the construction programme, drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Drive daily and weekly programmes, monitor progress and ensure critical project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate and manage tower crane operations, including crane scheduling, lifting requirements, subcontractor allocations and daily site logistics.
- Manage the sequencing and coordination of formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post-tensioning and associated structural trades.




- Coordinate major site logistics including tower cranes, hoists, material movements, deliveries and site access.
- Proactively identify and resolve programme, sequencing, constructability and subcontractor interface issues.
- Maintain a strong site presence, driving subcontractor productivity, performance and accountability.
- Monitor workmanship and quality, ensuring defects and non-conformances are identified and rectified promptly.
- Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, Contract Administrators and consultants to resolve construction and coordination issues.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with Class 2 compliance requirements, approved documentation and project quality standards.
- Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, site inspections and safety initiatives, ensuring WHS requirements are maintained across the project.
- Assist with short-term programming, look-ahead schedules and progress reporting.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative and safety-focused site culture.

About You

To be considered for these opportunities, you will have:
- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment developments.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor,



Foreman or Senior Sub-Foreman working for a reputable Developer Builder or Head Contractor.
- Experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.
- Strong experience across structures, façade, fit-out and/or finishes.
- High-rise residential construction experience.
- Experience coordinating tower crane operations and complex site logistics will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology and subcontractor management.
- Excellent attention to detail with a solid focus on quality and defect prevention.
- A trade background in Carpentry and/or Construction Management qualification.
- Strong knowledge of WHS/OH&S; legislation and site safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to take ownership, make decisions and effectively manage competing site priorities.
