The Role

You'll get hands-on training in paid social from day one. You'll learn to ideate, brief in, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, with the goal of becoming a certified paid social expert.

Because this is an account role, you'll work directly with clients. You'll join client calls, report on performance and, over time, manage day-to-day client communication. This is where your previous experience counts. Professionalism, sound judgement and confidence with stakeholders will set you apart.

As you progress, you'll also get exposure to other media channels, including search, display, OOH and ATL.

Who We're Looking For

You might be coming from sales, account management, hospitality, retail, customer service,



communications, media, a small business of your own, or a marketing-adjacent role. What matters is that you:

- Have 2+ years of work experience in any field
- Are genuinely committed to building a long-term career in digital marketing
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
- Are organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Are curious about data and what drives results

Nice-to-haves

- Experience in marketing, advertising, media or a related field
- Exposure to Meta or TikTok ad platforms, even from running ads for your own business or side project
- Relevant study or short courses (e.g. digital marketing certifications)

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. The office is a 2-4 min walk from North Sydney and Victoria Cross stations.
