- Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of Social Work services commensurate with level of experience and in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards and apply evidence-based practice to deliver established educational programs. For complex or novel cases,



or education requirements, you will seek direction from clinical seniors as appropriate.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and patient records in line with relevant procedures and contribute to the maintenance of accurate and timely information systems (statistics collection, quality data) to contribute to reporting on the training and performance outcomes of the DFV Health Workforce Program.

About You Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Knowledge, expertise, and skill in the provision of Social Work services using evidence-based practice to deliver established education aligned to the DFV health workforce program including clinical duties for individuals and families experiencing DFV.
- Ability to apply effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills when communicating and delivering established education to clients and colleagues.
- Work effectively through active participation in teams and positively influence culture.
- Ability to participate in quality or service improvement activities within the work unit.

Mandatory Requirements

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD)



as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Appointment to this position requires maintenance of eligibility for membership of the AASW and adherence with the AASW Code of Ethics, AASW Practice Standards and AASW Continuing Professional Development Requirements.
- This role provides health, counselling and support services that involve children and will require a blue card.
