/n We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Finance and Procurement Compliance AI Platform team. You will play a key role in building, operating, and scaling a production AI solution that automates purchasing compliance checks across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. The platform processes contracts, invoices, and timesheets using Azure AI, Document Intelligence, and LLM-powered validation workflows, ensuring accurate and auditable compliance outcomes with human oversight. /n /n In this role, you will develop and maintain cloud-native services using Python and Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake.

You will design and optimize data integrations, orchestrate large-scale document-processing pipelines, implement monitoring and observability solutions, and support CI/CD-driven deployments. You will also build evaluation infrastructure that enables data scientists to measure, track, and improve model performance. /n /n The ideal candidate will have robust Python engineering skills, experience developing serverless or event-driven solutions on Azure, and expertise in SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.



A solid understanding of testing, code quality, observability, and cloud security is essential.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, SAP integrations, MLflow, Azure ML, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitLab CI/CD will be highly advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to shape a critical AI platform in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

/n • Demonstrated experience managing projects in mining, energy, manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industrial sectors.

/n • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

/n • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

/n • Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget

/n Preferred Qualifications

/n • Engineering or related degree

/n • PMP or PRINCE2 certification

/n • Mining/resource sector experience.
