As such, we need several hands-on software engineers to design and construct a foundational platform. As software engineers, you will build secure, scalable, and maintainable digital products by integrating data, analytics, reporting, and AI-powered workflows.

The position demands a strong balance of deep technical expertise and practical delivery skills, specifically emphasising the safe and effective use of AI-assisted coding tools to elevate code quality, boost innovation, and accelerate timelines.

What You'll be Doing

- Construct robust, secure applications and integration components that strictly adhere to the project's overarching architectural and delivery standards.

- Drive engineering efficiency by adopting modern methodologies, including automation, reusable code patterns, and AI-supported development tools.

- Act as a direct, hands-on contributor by troubleshooting complex issues, conducting thorough code reviews, executing tests, and mitigating technical risks.

- Translate functional business needs into actionable technical backlogs, structured implementation tasks, and well-designed solutions.





- Partner seamlessly with diverse stakeholders—including architects, developers, product owners, and delivery partners—to ensure premium outcomes.

- Uphold a data-first, integration-focused architecture designed to support sophisticated AI capabilities, analytics, and scalable trading.

- Proven ability to design, build, test, and stabilise digital solutions utilising modern productivity tools and AI-driven practices.
