Solicitor – Commercial & Property Law

0-4 Years PAE | Orange, NSW | Full-Time

We are an established and well-regarded law firm based in Orange, NSW, and we are looking for a motivated Solicitor with 0-4 years post-admission experience (PAE) to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their career in commercial and property law, working alongside experienced practitioners in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial and property matters, including:

· Commercial and residential property transactions

· Leasing

· Sale and purchase of businesses

· Contract preparation and negotiation

· Property planning and development

· Business transaction and documentation

· General commercial advisory work

· Succession

· Working directly with clients and other qualified advisers The role will provide exposure to quality work and the opportunity to develop your technical skills and client relationships while being supported by an experienced team.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

· Holds a current NSW Practicing Certificate

· Has 0-4 years PAE

· Has an interest in commercial and/or property law

· Has strong attention to detail and a practical approach to legal work





· Communicates confidently and professionally

· Is keen to learn and develop their career

· Can work independently while also contributing positively to a team

· Takes pride in providing high-quality client service

Prior experience in commercial or property law is welcomed, but we are also interested in candidates who have a genuine interest in developing their practice in these areas.
