Randstad is hiring On-Call Sorters/Material Handlers to join our casual team in the crucial Waste Management Industry in Wingfield, SA.
This is a excellent chance to secure shifts that fit your schedule, with options available across:
- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:06pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:06pm
- Night Shift - 9:00pm - 5:06am
The role of a sorter is to:
- Sort and separate materials (paper, cardboard, plastics, metal, and wood) while working on conveyor lines.
- Operate machinery on site as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, contributing to overall site cleanliness.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Labourer, Sorter, or Material Handler.
- Ability to stand for the full shift.
- Resilience and willingness to work in a waste facility environment (dusty/smelly,
primarily cardboard and plastics).
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be able to successfully complete a Drug and Alcohol Test and a Police Check.
- Must be willing to obtain vaccinations for Hepatitis A and B.
