Dicky Beach Surf Club is an award winning club -seeking to hire a motivated and experienced Sous Chef. This unique opportunity will provide the right applicant an opportunity to work in one of the Sunshine coasts most picturesque locations.

We offer above award rates and a flexible roster. Shifts normally work from 11am - 8.30pm with an hour break Friday to Tuesday with an RDO a month,four and a half day week, 5 weeks annual leave and leave loading, plus meals.

We are looking for someone with a passion for creating quality food to join our amazing team. The position will commence as casual and leading to a full-time salary for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will

- Be Trade Qualified

- 5 years experience in kitchen leadership role





- Experience in ordering, budgeting, financial reporting, menu creation

- Lead the team in absence of the Head Chef

- Cooking The Books Software experience would be advantageous

- Be motivated and willing to work in a team environment

- Be driven by quality and customer satisfaction

- Flexible working conditions for the right candidate

- Have ability to work in a fast paced workplace
