To be an integral team member of the company by selling and promoting Saxbys' image, service and products including Saxbys Soft Drinks, Saxbys Water, Zietsch and allied brands. Optimise every sales opportunity to existing and potential customers, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded and achieve as much profit as possible while ensuring a 99% customer satisfaction rate, before during and after the sale.
Key responsibilities n
Management and growth of all National Distributor accounts, existing and new, including online (Amazon, Endeavor, own website etc) and National Petrol & Convenience groups/chains such as NSG, UCB, Metro etc both regionally and nationally. Field work with Distributors including negotiating recent business.

Work closely with Grocery Manager to achieve best practice pricing and strategy outcomes

Creation of promotional programs and offers for both retailers and distributors / wholesalers
n
Keep all marketing and sales materials up to date and relevant
n
Provide clear communication and processes to the Saxbys team to execute objectives
n
Provide sales strategy and directions to Saxbys direct Sales team providing KPI's, feedback and support
n
Manage internal and or external sales resources to implement and action sales and merchandising objectives including distribution and placement of point of sale
n
Complete knowledge and management of price lists and products in Encompass and in materials provided to customers
n
Regular call cycle to all distribution partners including review of recent activity, and plan and agreement on new initiatives (min 6 monthly)
n
Work with the CEO to set budget targets for all key sales areas, monitor and amend strategies as required
