We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation on a permanent night shift roster.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven maintenance fitter from an FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging environment looking for strong earning potential, consistent overtime and long-term work.

THE ROLE: nn
- Preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery
n
- Mechanical fault finding, breakdowns and repairs
n
- Maintenance of high-speed automated equipment
n




- Work with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps and pneumatic systems
n
- Equipment changeovers, adjustments and repairs
n
- Planned maintenance and shutdown activities
n
- Identify recurring faults and assist with equipment improvements
n
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
n

ABOUT YOU: nn
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification - essential
n
- FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging maintenance experience - essential
n
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and breakdown experience
n
- Experience with high-speed or automated production machinery ABOUT YOU: n n
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance
n
- Full Australian working rights - essential
n
- Available to work Sunday to Thursday nights
