Job Description

BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to provide client-centred support in Bundaberg and surrounds. You will conduct intake, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality personal care in clients' homes, following individual plans and collaborating with the care team.

You will also manage client records, engage in ongoing reviews, and assist with transportation, shopping, and social activities as part of a holistic care approach.
