Join HammondCare as a Home Care Worker and be part of an independent, not-for-profit organisation improving the lives of thousands of older people in need. /n /n HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in Melbourne for South - East on a casual basis with potential to be permanent part time. /n The successful applicant for South - East team will be caring for clients living in suburb Geln waverley , Noble Park, Dandenong , Doncaster , Templestowe , Burwood, Ringwood, Croydon , Ferntree gully , Hampton Park, clyde etc. /n The candidates must be available to work on Thursday and Friday. /n About the role /n You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day-to-day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship.
The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time). /n /n In return for your expertise, we offer: /n /n
